With a successful regulatory affairs business servicing the medical device and IVD sectors, KD&A principles Kea Imgraben and Philippa Henning felt it was time to update their original site. After several years, the site no longer reflected their business or the needs of visitors.
We worked closely with Kea and Philippa of KD&A to understand their business by profiling customers with buyer personas. This technique ensures that the audience is kept in mind throughout the design, writing and development processes. Now, when a targeted customer type arrives at the site, they find the information they need quickly and easily.
In addition to designing and creating the site, Intative took on most of the writing work. The new copy is designed for easy reading and set up to be visible to search engines.
Since launching the site in April 2011, KD&A have seen a steady stream of quality leads coming through the site.
